Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, drop us an email at returns@ratbags.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We’ll take it from there.
Our returns policy covers faulty or damaged goods for 14 days from the date you receive them.
Changed your mind?
If it’s just not your vibe, that’s OK too. Email us within 14 working days of receiving your order and we’ll issue you a Return Authorisation Code (RAC). Once you’ve got that, items need to be sent back within 5 working days.
Items must be returned in their original condition. If something comes back used, damaged or missing bits and it’s not our fault, we may issue a partial refund or refuse the return altogether.
Undelivered orders
We do our best to get your order to you quickly but if a parcel can’t be delivered and is returned to us, we’ll try to contact you using the details you gave at checkout.
Returned parcels are held for 60 days. If we don’t hear from you or can’t resolve the issue within that time, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

If your item/s is faulty please send us a picture where the fault is clearly visible to returns@ratbags.co.uk quoting your order number and we will do the rest.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or a refund may be refused: Any item not in its original condition/ damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We take great care in ensuring your order is delivered to you promptly. However, in the event that your package is undeliverable for any reason, it will be returned to us. We will make several attempts to contact you regarding the issue via the contact details you provided at purchase.
Please note that we will hold undelivered items for a period of 60 days from the date they are returned to us. If we are unable to resolve the delivery issue or receive further instructions from you within this timeframe, we regret that we will be unable to process a refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your original order to you will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and do not accept responsibility for undelivered returns.
